Stepping Stones to C1
Strengthen your English skills and move beyond the plateau. Stepping Stones to C1 is designed to help English teachers like you sharpen their language, boost their confidence, and continue growing.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Are you an English teacher who feels your language skills aren't quite where you'd like them to be? If you’re currently at a B2 or low C1 level and feel stuck on a plateau, this course is designed to help you move forward with confidence.
Throughout the course, you’ll work on developing your English across all key areas — listening, reading, speaking, and writing — through targeted practice and real-world language exploration.
We’ll use a combination of level-specific pedagogical materials and authentic resources, always through a lexical lens, helping you not just know more English, but notice and use it more naturally and precisely.
This is Module 1 of a 4-module course.
Each module can be taken independently. Each one tackles different thought-provoking topics, aiming to help you develop your overall language skill at an advanced level.
COURSE FORMAT
📅 Fridays – 09:00 to 10:30 (BRT)
📚 Duration: 18 weeks (27 hours total)
👥 Group size: 3 to 6 students
📆 Course dates: 18/07/2025 to 12/12/2025
🚨 Teacher’s vacation: No classes on 21/08, 28/08, and 04/09
💳 Early bird payment (until 30/05): 7x R$289
💳 After 30/05: 6x R$337,50
